If coaches coach to play, players will like earning a win, but they will always enjoy the opportunity they had to play.
Our U8 Buzz girls took a beating this past week. They probably had 20 goals scored on them, but 20 times they grabbed the ball out of the goal, ran it back up, and were waiting for the ref to blow the whistle to start again...waiting to play.
